The starting point is to get details of all the assets and their values, and from this information prepare a fair and valid agreement. EMPLOYMENT LAW This work can fall into various categories. Two categories are: perusing an Employment Agreement before a person is employed, or helping resolve differences if one of the parties finds the Agreement unsatisfactory.
